The Bleacher Report writes in a Swedish edition, based on Aftonbladet, about the heroic behavior of Victor Lindelof. He stopped the robber.

 

A Manchester United defender has reportedly arrested a robber in Sweden who stole a handbag from an elderly woman and was trying to hide. However, Victor Lindelof was able to catch the robber and hand him over to law enforcement on the spot.

Recall that Victor Lindelof was brought up in the academy of the Swedish club, Vasteras, and he enrolled in the Benfica structure at the age of 18, in 2012.

After three seasons with the Eagles’ reserve team, the player took a foothold in the starting line-up. So, he attracted the attention of a number of European giants, including winner Manchester United. The Red Devils bought the Swedish defender in 2017 for € 35 million.

Over the past three seasons, Victor Lindelof has played in 116 appearances for the Red Devils. In all competitions, Lindelof has managed to score two goals.

We would also like to inform you that Victor Lindelof became the European champion in 2015, together with the Swedish U-21 team. With the national team jersey, he has appeared in 33 matches and scored three goals.
