If you have seen a movie about Real Madrid winning Champions League, then you probably know that players call Keylor as a talisman. Keylor Navas was the main man for Zidane’s team

Keylor had few coaches in Real Madrid. Keylor’s success started with Zinedine Zidane. During that period he won almost every trophy and became Los Merengues number one keeper. Zidane always admired Costa Rican keeper every time and never asked for a new keeper. Keylor Navas never lost a single Champions League play-off ties as a Real Madrid player. Keylor has some incredible stats that other goalies can repeat for a long time.

Navas played 162 matches for Real Madrid and conceded 159 goals. It’s not a perfect ratio, but keep in mind that he had 52 clean sheets. The goalkeeper joined Real Madrid in 2014 from Levante. Keylor was a very popular goalie in La Liga even before joining Real Madrid. Navas played 70 games for Levante and had 30 clean sheets. Costa Rican had almost perfect stats in Levante: up to 42% clean sheets.
